How long do Garmin watches last?
Most Garmin watches are built to last around five years. However, if you’re taking good care of your watch and not abusing it, it could last longer. For example, the Garmin Vivoactive HR is rated for up to eight years of battery life when used in normal GPS mode. With the rate of change, seeing as we are still kinda at the start of smart watches , 4-5 years is probably a pretty good lifespan. Hopefully that will settle down and Garmin will keep support for 10 years or so, but that might be optimistic.
